Minimum Lettering - 3/16" H , Prefer 1/4" H
- Shirts - Left or Right Chest - 3" x 4" (logo height x logo width)
- Shirts with Pocket - above pocket - 2 3/4" x 4"
- Cuff - 1.5" x 2.5"
- Shirts - Short Sleeve Print - 3" x 3"
- Caps - Front Panel - 2.00" x 4.50"
Here are some ways to help estimate the stitch count for your image (but until it is digitized, this is just an estimate):
- 1 solid square inch of embroidery equals approximately 2,000 stitches.
- 1 solid 1/4 square inch of embroidery equals approximately 125 stitches.
- Your letters should never be less than 3/16" in height and a letter that is 1/4" in height equals about 100 stitches.
- Drop shadows in your logo will translate into 200 extra stitches per inch.
- Straight lines under logos typically require 200 extra stitches per inch. Fabrics, colors and artwork detail will affect the amount of stitches.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- Standard Service: (1-2) working days for digitizing and (5) days for embroidery upon receipt of merchandise, approval of logo, and payment received.
- All stitch counts rounded up to nearest thousand.
- Spoilage Allowance.
- Shipping Information: UPS ground/air. Customer is responsible for all shipping fees.
- We are not responsible for embroidering on defective items or on incorrect styles, colors and sizes sent by customers and/or vendors.
- All customers must pay for digitizing when order is placed.
- All customers must pay for all embroidery (on garments the customer provides) prior to start of production.
- Merchandise Purchased by Designs Unlimited Embroidery Digitizing requires 50% of the total order down before merchandise is purchased. Order must be paid in full before order will be shipped or picked up. We reserve the right to hold all orders that are not paid in full!
- Shirts and hats CAN NOT be combined for price breaks.
- We are not responsible for quality of embroidery from files not digitized by our company.
